and am not typing it all jcp refer customers to a4e with varing degrees of knowledge and ability they are required to tailor the delivery to meet the individual needs.
we apologise if this has not happened during your time with a4e. to ensure that customers are receiving training suitable to there needs jcp will monitor this via our internal process.( I and many others got no traning no work placement ) in relation to the it issues a4e have assured jcp that they have a good level of it

from their constituents. JCP have systems in place to deal with MPs letters therefore it is important you consult with the Third Party Provision Manager (TPPM) as soon as possible so responses can be dealt with swiftly.
Basically, it says, dont respond to MP letters without consulting Jobcentre Plus who will advise what response to give.

The providers could interview prospective clients and take on only those who were willing and able to benefit from the course. agency. Jobcentre Plus or JCP for short, was formed when the Employment Service merged with the Benefits Agency.
Jobcentre Plus provides resources to enable unemployed people to find work via the Government's Directgov website (they closed the Jobcentre Plus search on 30/03/2010) and the Jobpoints , and also a system for employers to advertise job vacancies called Labour Market System (or LMS for short).
They also offer a service called Jobseeker Direct for the unemployed where they

as you were dismissed but JCP and YMCA decided a U-Turn was in order to prevent the problems (for obvious reasons) then they should have reopened your claim.
I personally would have demanded that meeting and as a “customer” of JCP, stuck them under pressure about why they allowed you to be exited. They can NOT dismiss you for misconduct for something you said on a blog before being on the course that has been distorted out of context. If you were acting up, showing agression

more isn’t done by the JCP to provide people with retail experience, say through offering work for a few hours a week, or as a form of internship in the manner that you described. However, I do think that many opportunities for similar ideas just aren’t advertised, and have heard that paid work for only a few hours in a shop environment (say, less than 12 hours a week), for experience often isn’t advertised by the dole office, so few people know about it.
