In Ipswich, they have been
in to meet with the man from TNG. This will hopefully not be too bad, as the charity shop I volunteer at take a lot of people on through TNG and the manager was going to Have Words on my behalf because they like me and trust me and I’ve done all the health and safety and CRB hoops- and I already work there on the weekend. So many people in Ipswich may have got an invite to attend Flexible New Deal at TNG.
TNG which stands for Training Network Group or more to the point Trainee Network Group. Maybe the company should be
of this shower who run TNG-Avanta. I see that one of them (Peter Brookes) used to work for the infamous A4e. They should all be featured on a Crimewatch Special entitled How We Are Ripping Off The UK Taxpayer!

One thing about these sanctions that I’m curious about is what would happen if after getting a job whilst on FND I turned around and forced them to kick me off the course for turning up drunk or something? Does anyone know if they would still get their 60% payment from the government?

It is all on a contractual 12 month course plus a few weeks

There is also A4e who doesn't even have a local office who subcontracts out to Reed in Partnership (or RIP for short).YMCA Training is always secretive to how they do their "training". On New Deal we used to be stuck on a minibus. When asked where we were going they always answered with "you will find out when we get there" followed by "get on the minibus or you will be exited".They never plan
