as you were dismissed but JCP and YMCA decided a U-Turn was in order to prevent the problems (for obvious reasons) then they should have reopened your claim.
I personally would have demanded that meeting and as a “customer” of JCP, stuck them under pressure about why they allowed you to be exited. I am sure JCP will look into it and respond to the complaint saying there was issues beyond their control i.e. a member of staff was ill etc.

As its a new contract (although TNG were a provider for a previous similar contract) under a pilot… it is expected to be some issues.
Jobcentre Plus will just advise them of such and TNG will say they will work on it.

Is this “repayment” because that the initial tax credit award is based on the previous year’s earnings i.e. when on benefits, and the following year is subsequently “re-assessed” when your actual income is known and the “over-payment” is then “clawed-back”. What a con: they trick claimants off of benefits
