Workfare: Seems unlikely at the moment, they need the Welfare Reform Bill to be made law before that can be brought in.

Yes the Housing Benefit situation is the strangest system… the 16-24 rate is for sharing, surely thats when you are most vulnerable, but when you turn 25 you actually get money for your own apartment. I don’t see the logic in that!
