nothing my nda could sanction my benefit on the last time i was on new deal i was on the last interview of the iap and he suddenly announced i would have to do 26 weeks yet prior to this he kept saying 13 weeks so it would be an idea to establish at the first interview howmany weeks you have to do on a placement if the answer is 13 weeks ask for this in writing this way the nda cant say to you on the last interview of the iap that you have to do 26 weeks if he has given you in writing

notification on being sanctioned? Or is it still pending a decision by a Decision Maker? If you are sanctioned please send me an email at flexiblenewdeal@live.co.uk as in order to raise a doubt you must have breached a Jobseekers Direction (JSD). A JSD has to be in WRITING – even if they rang you verbally it wouldn’t count. Without a JSD ever being made they can’t sanction you and shouldn’t be raising a doubt at all. Does an email constitute a written JSD?
